When Peter Kawaja reappeared several months later, The Late Great Peter FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER. . ."ALLEGEDLY" STARTED DEFENDING HANOI JOYCE RILEY AND UNDOING EVERYTHING HE HAD accomplished in 15 years prior. It did not take long for many people to understand that this was not Peter Kawaja at all, and an investigation was ongoing and completed during this time, with subsequent follow-up as necessary. PETER KAWAJA WAS DEAD.
